Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or use the website at ecommercedae.co.uk. They explain the rules for browsing the site and, where you place an order, the basic terms that apply to shopping through the online store. The terms were last updated on 27 September 2026. By using the website, you agree to follow the rules that apply to your use. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

Using the website

For these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the online store at ecommercedae.co.uk. For help with an order, email support@ecommercedae.co.uk and include the order number and the email address used at checkout. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase remain in force, whatever these terms say.

Product information

You may browse the site for lawful personal use. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, interfere with another person’s use, or use the site to commit fraud. Do not copy, scrape or republish substantial site content for commercial use without permission. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit through an account, contact form or checkout is accurate and kept up to date.

Prices and availability

Product listings describe the items offered for sale. We take reasonable care to present descriptions, sizes, prices, colours, images and availability clearly, but screen settings and lighting can affect how a colour appears. A photograph may show a product in a styled setting; only the item and features identified in its listing form part of the offer. Read the whole listing, size guidance, fabric details, care instructions and delivery information before placing an order. Contact support if an important detail is missing.

Orders and payment

Prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown on the product pages or at checkout before you confirm an order. The total payable is the amount displayed at the final order step, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error before acceptance. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and explain the options. We will not charge you a different price without your agreement. Product availability may change, and an item is not reserved until an order is accepted.

Delivery

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the listed items. An automated acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. The contract is formed when we send a clear acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless that message states a different point of acceptance. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a material listing error has occurred, or we have a reasonable concern about fraud. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will arrange a refund.

Cancellation and returns

Payment is made using the methods presented at checkout. Payment is handled by the relevant payment service, and its own terms may also apply. Do not email card numbers or security codes. You must be authorised to use the payment method submitted. An order confirmation and essential service messages may be sent to the email address entered during checkout, so make sure it is correct and check your spam folder if a message does not arrive.

Intellectual property

Delivery choices, charges, destinations and estimated times are displayed during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. We will keep you informed if a significant delay arises and handle cancellation or refund rights as required by law. You are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. If a parcel is delayed, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact support and we will investigate with the relevant delivery provider. Risk in goods passes as provided by applicable consumer law.

Availability and liability

You may cancel or return an order under the Refund Policy and applicable law. For most online purchases of goods, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions described in the UK distance-selling guidance. Faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods also carry statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits those rights or requires you to accept a repair, replacement or refund where the law gives you another remedy.

The website, its original text, layout, graphics and branding are protected by intellectual-property rights. Product names, logos and images may belong to their respective owners. You may view and print pages for personal shopping purposes, but must not commercially exploit or alter site material without permission. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the store without creating an obligation to pay you, provided that we do not publish personal information about you without a lawful basis.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but online services can be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical problems. We may change or remove site features, product listings or content. We will not use this flexibility to remove rights already attached to an accepted order. We are responsible for losses that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the consumer lives in the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory protections available to that consumer. If a term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. For questions or a complaint, email support@ecommercedae.co.uk. Please explain what happened and what outcome you are seeking; we will review the information and respond as soon as possible.

You should review the applicable product page, delivery information, this policy and the Refund Policy before submitting an order. If information presented during checkout conflicts with a general description elsewhere on the website, the order summary and the mandatory rights that apply to your purchase take priority. We will correct material mistakes when we become aware of them.
